The heart of our time together is a one-hour somatic breathwork session, followed by sound therapy for deep integration. This potent combination helps clear emotional blocks, regulates the nervous system, and creates space for clarity and inner alignment to emerge. We close our time together with gentle coaching and grounded reflection so you leave feeling lighter, clearer, more empowered, and deeply at home within yourself.
